Course Summary

Practise basic postures for fitness, stress relief and clarity of mind. Students will gain the benefit of each session, as well as the ongoing benefit of continuing with these activities away from the classroom.

The course is suitable for beginners and more experienced yoga enthusiasts.

Currently, we have no dates scheduled for this course. Please contact us via email to register your interest.

Please wear comfortable clothing so you can move freely. You will be required to remove your shoes so you may wish to wear socks or bring some with you.

Please speak to your tutor prior to the first session if you have any health concerns or if you are pregnant.

Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing.

Attendees for casual sessions should pay at CAE, Level 2, 253 Flinders Lane before the start of each session.


About Wendy Stubbs

Wendy Stubbs has practiced yoga for over 20 years.  She is a certified yoga teacher, trained at the industry leading Australian Yoga Academy (AYA).

Wendy's yoga teaching builds on her extensive training and experience in the fitness industry, and her teaching skills from working as a fitness leader and university educator.  She is known for her clear communication skills and calm teaching style.

Blankets and mats are provided, however you may prefer to bring your own.
