Learn the gentle art of Tai Chi Yang with an option to continue through to advanced classes as you progress. Following on from the Beginners class, we add new forms of slow gentle movements of Tai Chi. Continue your journey towards harmony of mind and a supple body. Gain awareness of the motions of muscles and joints, breathing and movement of the diaphragm. Experience the restorative effects of careful exercise.Â
Students interested in the Continuing course must have previously studied Tai Chi or have completed Tai Chi Yang: Beginners.
