Course Summary
It can be challenging to achieve success when life feels like an overwhelming battle field. Procrastination feels like trying to run through wet cement. It drains us of energy and confidence.
But it’s not a personality trait, it’s a learned behaviour—a defence mechanism that can be corrected and banished from our lives. Doesn’t that sound good? No more stress, no more feeling overwhelmed, no more self-created failures. It is possible to turn your life around. Time to slay your dragons!
Procrastination is fear-based. If we allow our lives to be run by fear, we can become engulfed in crippling habits that block our success and happiness. The resulting stress affects our wellbeing and can affect our relationships. We need to find little tricks and techniques that work for us and that can turn our lives around.
