Sharpen your knife skills and learn the fundamentals of all things to do with kitchen knives: types of knives, how to hold them, cutting, chopping, deboning and filleting techniques and, of course, sharpening, care and storage. Knives supplied, however participants are encouraged to bring their own.
Please note: this course will be delivered in our specialty training kitchen facilities at our Box Hill Institute Elgar Road campus. Further information on the venue and parking options will be provided upon enrolment.
