Course Summary

German Elementary 4 builds on the foundations established in earlier elementary courses by further developing students’ skills in speaking, writing, reading, and listening comprehension. This course broadens vocabulary and language use, enabling students to discuss a wider variety of everyday topics with increased confidence and fluency. Learners engage in interactive activities such as picture interpretation, singing, and games to enhance language proficiency. Short creative writing projects like describing family members are practiced regularly. From a grammar perspective, the accusative case is introduced passively to deepen understanding of sentence structure.
