LEARNING OUTCOMES

This professional development program is offered to individuals who are seeking to develop and enhance their foundational awareness and understanding of coaching and mentoring skills. It is anticipated that the participants will be existing workers with a range of experiences in diverse workplace contexts.

At the completion of the course the participants will:

  • Understand how to use effective Active Listening skills.
  • Identify and set goals and objectives.
  • Understand how to provide constructive feedback.

Your trainer
Belinda Evans brings 20+ years' experience leading teams and projects, with hands-on experience in team dynamics and strategies to manage and coach teams locally and virtually.  
Belinda loves teaching and mentoring and runs courses in Leadership, Agile, and Product Management at RMIT University, and mentors at Tech Leading Ladies.  
Belinda’s other loves are walking in nature, art and philosophy, and the importance of a creative mindset.
