HEALTHY ME – self care
Healthy Me is designed for people with mild cognitive disability that aims to build learners’ skills, awareness and ability to manage in life. By learning how to make healthy choices they are better prepared for further group and vocational opportunities.
Self-care covers nutrition, exercise, budgeting, hobbies, and communication skills.
